Our three step phase is uniquely developed from endurance sports and enhanced through military training. This graph shows the amount of work needed versus the time needed for training.
1. BASE
The phase at the start of the training season where a slow gradual build of exercise takes place.
2. ENDURANCE
The middle phase after base where one feels comfortable with the training during the base phase and additional exercise such as distance and interval training takes place.
3. RACE
The last phase prior to the event or race date where the careful monitoring of key performance measures is matched to expected race day performance.
