Physical Fitness (PT) is common to all cores of the service. Bootcamp not only trains the mind but the body. Top skilled trainers will get you in shape. Reach the perfect fit with the outfit you’ve always wanted.

In Voracity’s Strength and Stamina class, we will delve deep into building the fittest body you can. The class aims to not only shape you up, but also instruct and inform you in the right methods to do weightlifting and working out.

The base physical fitness program is geared for PFA assessment test where sit-ups, running, and pushups are emphasized.

This model must validate for potential of 2x plus improvement in energy efficiency where the body’s capacity can handle this rate of improvement.

BASIC ENDURANCE

The middle phase after base where one feels comfortable with the training during the base phase and additional exercise such as distance and interval training takes place.

The build phase is when endurance builds and basic muscle fitness is strengthened.

This program is designed for beginner triathletes who want to train for their first sprint triathlon. 

Find your pace from on initial training and predict your race pace from test data sets (simulated or modeled), evaluation metrics and initial analyses.

PRO RACE

The last phase prior to the event or race date where the careful monitoring of key performance measures is matched to expected race day performance.

Getting in shape forces you to face your biggest challenges, and sticking to a regular routine for a long period of time. This class will make sure you know how to focus on the right exercises and workouts to reach your goals. 

Reaching your peak will take careful preparation and reasoning capabilities such as applying knowledge from training domain to racing domain.

This race model must validate from certain key race strategies such as energy efficiency, pace, course, weather, gear, and human mental capability.
